EK LADKI KO DEKHA TO AISA LAGA is basically story of Ria (Sonam Kapoor)Â who comes to wedding with Dad Choudhary(Anil Kapoor) in Delhi and falls in love with another girl Kuhu . Now Sahil (Rajkumar Rao) who is a writer but writes very bad plays ; meets Ria at his play and she gives advice “Bring SIYAAPA in love story ; then will be super hit”
On the other hand ; Chatho ji (Juhi Chawla) is a cateror in plays wants to portray acting . And Choudary (Anil Kapoor) who is a garment manufacturer ; but dreams to be a cateror so is always in kitchen. Now how they all meet is real Siyappa and interval point leaves you heartbreaking as it justifies the title when Ria says “I feel for a girl ; not guy”
Now as Advice given by sahil to his mom; writw true stories and not just stories. So he decides to make play on this Ria s life and invites Whole people of MOGA PUNJAB. What happens next is real siyaapa
