The GURUKOOL of “MOHABATTEN” was actually London , Palash Datta said on this “The exterior portions were shot in London and Mohabbatein was the first Bollywood film to have been shoot at the Oxford University. There was a sequence in the film where we 3 Gurukul students wish Amitabh Bacchans character and then Uday Chopra’s character comes face to face with him. The shooting crew was allowed permission with great diff only to shoot there for a couple of hours so we were instructed not to waste much time. During the break I remember that Shahrukh Khan and Amitabh Bachhan were strolling outside the campus with Starbucks coffee I think”
