Throwback – I clearly remember in December 2006 when met Anupam Kher Sir for the first time, was for Admission interview to Enroll in Prestigious Actor Prepares , But as it started late had already enrolled in EKJUTE.
Previous day , we were rehersing for a play, that my voice had gone. When Anupam Kher sir told “Priyanka Raina, you are Kashmiri”
I smiled and told, Yes from Jammu City . Am so sorry my voice gone, yesterday were practising for a play .
On this Anupam Kher sir , you with EKJUTE , Then why you need to join here.. That time I wasn’t knowing that Anupam Kher Sir too did plays with EKJUTE. Sir Told , which song you were rehearsing, can you sing now..
I told , “DO TO KAAFI HAIN” and that was moment I sang song at very start of my career when was learning theaters infant of Legendary Anupam Kher sir.
