As a Critic , have attended n Number of Functions But as a Filmmaker am privileged to gain so much knowledge about Film-making. Films-making is a Vast Job and Beyond No limits, Just have to be Learner all the Time. I will also Reveal Certain TRIVIA‘s below , which had Talks at Prestigious FICCI FRAMES.
First of All , am Thankful to RAJKUMAR BARJTYA (uncle) who had guided me all Three Days with some intellectual talks and about Unseen Trivia about Film Industry, which many of us don’t know.
Also Revealed, that During the 70s when was learning I often used to go to Raj Kapoor who was dear friend & would love to listen to my lyrics. I Stay at Worli , so while coming from Andheri used to do Stops in Between JUHU (BR Chopra), Bandra (Raj Kapoor) , Then Dadar (Our Office) and Worli.
I narrated a Song to Raj Kapoor and He liked the lyrics so much & At once He told me, “Sir Can I use in my film” . I immediately gave and that Song became SuperHit. Lyrics of the song are as Follows ,
“Ek Radha, Ek Meera,
Dono ne Shyam ko Chaha,
Antar kya Dono ke Pyaar mein Bolo,
Ek Prem Deewani , Ek Dard Dewaani”
Epic Song from the movie Ram Teri Ganga Mali was Framed on Mandhakani, and When I saw making . was totally taken aback. I Just believe, Good Content Always works and Every Movie is made with Such a Pain. Raj kumar Barjatya Sir Further told, That I dont belive as far take my songs. Just believe that Film should work and should be appreciated. Later in 1982 , Our series of films stared with SuperHit Nadiya ke paar .
Also Attended sessions on DIGITAL MEDIA which are a Hype these Days , Sharing and Subscribing is the Common Word among Youth. Heard about YouTube Marketing from Rajat Barjatya (Rajshri Productions) who told when even we upload Vedeos , goes to our 2 Million subscribers.
Also, If you find that some one has copied your song or Content, You can Claim it & That’s what we do. In this Procedure, Vedeo becomes to them Third Party and what ever revenues come That we get. This is Called CLAIMING System, if some one has copied your stuff.
Rajat Barjatya also tells , that we have a Team if anyone Copies our Videos We Claim it and Video is then ours on thei channel will be THIRD PARTY. On this ,The Revenue on their Channel will come to us. Like this , we can stop Copied Songs.
Then was COPYRIGHT Section by Michael Schlesinger, which revealed the act of Piracy of Films. Every Friday when films releases, on the same day its available in sites and TORRENTS Downloads. How Copy reaches there, That means some Corruption there in System.
Also Michael Schlesinger told about Music Rights , its safer to Register under IPRS assoociation that they care for your film and will be valued through Caller Tunes, on how many people choose your Song.
Piracy is Killing Filmmakers , and its High time should be Stopped
