Tashkent Files is a story as of our Second Prime Minister Laal Bahadur Shashtri when he went to Russia to sign a deal and was killed on return. What happen , Till now remains a mystery. This movie reveals the hidden bitter truth facts by the “Opposition” .
Well to Begin with , Laal Bahadur Shashtri at age of 20 changed his surname from Shrivastava to Shashtri to remove the caste system. When Laal Bahadur Shashtri became the second Prime Minister, Opposition was in huge Frustration from where a common man came and is sitting on above us. Then when he won against Pakistan, Indiri Gandhi (which shown in movie) came to know that he is long runnerso decided to play this Dirty game after signing Tashkent Files .
The Story begins with Shweta Prasad who is a Journalist in politics and is warned to get a breaking story in a spam of ten days. She receives a unknown call from her source and tells to pick the file which has all evidence about recent story. She gets approval from editor to flash news “Who Killed Shashtri” And what happens then is true Political drama when all the minister come to take charge against it.
Naseeruddin Shah plays the powerful Congress leader who has a big game in opposing it. Mithun Chakraborty portrays a political leader who organised courtroom drama were intellectuals from the different world sit and can come to conclusion. The evidence is truly shared by Grand son of Laal Bahadur Shashtri ‘s son How he was poisoned & Opposition removed all the evidences.
Also one thing Vijay lakshmi Pandit who brought No Cooperation law in parliament and won too , The evidence , Stories whe were truly fake – Revealed by Naseeruddin Shah in movie
Seeing This , I truly Recommend NAMO STRONGLY AGAIN this time and save our Nation from these scoundrels.
Review : One word to say is Brilliant , The way Vivek Agnihotri narrated story in a indirect form to say the Truth was magnificent. And Yes 2nd Oct is truly LAAL BAHADUR SHASHTRI .
