Today’s Release of the Day One Day : Justice Delivered is featuring Anupam Kher, Esha Gupta, Anant Mahadevan, Rajesh Sharma , Murli Sharma, Deepshikha Nagpal .When we talk on Anupam Kher films, Movie has to talk on a certain message in society. Lets see Hows today’s release delivers to its audience.
Talking on the Story line, One Day : Justice Delivered is a story of are renown Lawyer in a city of Ranchi Justice Tyagi (Anupam Kher) who is about to take Retirement. Busy with his Daughter s wedding , and He decides to kidnap all Culprits One by One whom he had released on Bail. And on these missing people , Inquiry has been set in form of CBI Officer (Esha Gupta) who solves the mystery.
Well Story if we see seems good , But “treatment” to film (Direction) is like we use to see the films of 80s. The film included two ITEM NUMBERS which could attract single screen audience.
Direction: Director Ashok Nanda , I think firstly should go back to Anupam Kher‘s “Actor Prepares” and learn a bit of Story telling, improvisation on how to tell a story. He has given treatment of 80s which included dark Item Numbers, Created Party scene and all.
Cinematography: Cinematography can either make a film or Destroy a film, And in ONE DAY we can see second verdict is on. Cameraman has no sense of lighting , He has too given treatment as it was there in 80s, Or we can say “New Item in Old Box” .
Acting : As far is Anupam Kher is concerned , I think only he is the key point to save the film. Esha Gupta sometimes she is talking Marwadi, Sometimes Bihari, Sometimes Hidi and Dont know which character she was playing. Supporting Actors like Rajesh Sharma, Anant Mahadevan , Murli Sharma, Deepshika Nagpal were good enough in their small roles.

The Last Word : “New Item in Old Box” says it all about the film. The Story is good ,But Treatment given is of 80s with huge number of “Item Songs” added to flavor. The movie could rather attract Single screens.
