Although I was Never a Fan of SRIDEVI in childhood, but she is still the first Actress that I have watched her all Films through my other favourites associated with her. And then always cherished her acting.
Like First when I grew up , The first film of Sridevi which I saw was CHANDINI coz of my Favourite Rishi kapoor and Juhi Chawla ‘s Cameo. After watching , somewhere used to practise “Mere Haathon mein No No Chodiyan” . Then MR INDIA came on Television , and watched of Children and Anil Kapoor.
Also watched her in Subhash Ghai movies , Then started watching all JEETENDRA KAPOOR movies and really liked her along with Jaya Pradha. LAADLA, I saw because of Raveena Tandon and Judaai was finally Sridevi attracted me.Then when movie came of my Hearthrob SALMAN KHAN – Chand ka tukda , really loved her Doll look in that.
Also then watched her LAMHE , Roop ke Rani , Chaalbaaz coz of SUNNY DEOL and Saltanat again of my Favourites SUNNY DEOL, Juhi Chawla. Also loved her in Army and many more. Loved her when she recreated love by defining HAR KISI KO NAHI MILTA YAHA PYAAR ZINDAGI MEIN…..
Also recent when ENGLISH VINGLESH came , Finally reviewed her movie as watched in Screening and I landed up give FOUR STARS to movie.
Finally for me , its still hard to believe that Bollywood ‘s CHAND KA TUKDA named CHANDINI gave a SADMA . Prayers for family to give strength recover with Loss.
This was my small Tribute to tell being a DHAK DHAK girl MADHURI Dixit fan , But still have watched all SRIDEVI films. Sridevi , I somewhere cherished as an actor who had tremendous potential and will stay in our hearts as CHANDINI forever
