When the Gyms are closed , you still can be Fit by just following basic simple steps. Like yesterday we did upper Body Workouts considering Push ups and all. Today lets try Leg Workouts i.e.. Lower Body
Repeat this order in Three Sets each
– 25 Squats
– 25 Jumping Jacks
– 25 Lendges
– 25 Wide Squats
– Body Weight Calf raise
– Static Squat
– Plank
